John M. Davis

President and Founder

John has been in the insurance business for over 30 years.  In 1990, John launched John Davis Advisors to focus on employee benefits.  However, he did not want to open up just another insurance agency.  He wanted to build a business that others would come to recognize and rely upon for its unique commitment to client advocacy, creative business solutions and peace of mind.  In fact, John would like you to think of John Davis Advisors as your very own HR, compliance, and group benefits department.

John is an avid diver, as evidenced by the home page picture, which he took on one of his many dive trips. He also collects guns and loves to buy and sell cars. John and his wife Karen have three children and two grandchildren. 

Donna Sizemore

Senior Account Manager

Other than John Davis himself, Donna has been a part of our team the longest; since March of 2008. She has nearly 30 years of experience in the insurance industry with her roles ranging from Claims Operations Manager to Employee Benefits.

Donna has a treasure trove of insurance knowledge, but her real passions are her husband Lonnie, her vintage Honda coupes, working in her garden and landscaping.
